Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

- 2 cups frozen strawberries.
- 1 fresh banana, peeled.
- 1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk in this one)
- 1 cup Ice.
- 1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten.
Benefits:
Inside the smoothie there is calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper and many more.
Banana helps reguate digestion, improve heart health, lower cancer and help lower blood pressure. Strawberries are rich in fiber which will help the body absorb nutrients and lower the risk of heart disease.

1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes and green chilies, divided
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
